8.   Refund/Return Policy. If an unopened product purchased by you is damaged in shipment, return the product within 21 days of receipt to the following address: 8541 E. In such event, we will replace the product or provide you a credit for other purchases on our website (less shipping and handling charges incurred). No refunds or credit will be given for items that have been opened.
