William E. Prather
currently serves as CEO and President of El Paso Bar-B-Que
Company and President of M&B Restaurant, L.C., the holding
company for El Paso Bar-B-Que Company (1994-2000). In addition
to this position, Mr. Prather served as CEO and President of
Easyriders Inc., (1998-2000). Prior to that he served as CEO
and Vice Chairman of Furr's/Bishop's Cafeterias (1992-1996) after
working as a consultant to the company from November 1991 to
February 1992. |
Bill Prather

In 1986, Mr. Prather served as President and COO of Hardee's,
eventually serving as CEO until resigning in June 1991. During
his tenure in the 1980s, Hardee's grew from a $2 billion to a
$5 billion company, surpassing Wendy's for the number three position
in the hamburger market. In 1972, Mr. Prather started as an assistant
manager at a Los Angeles Burger King unit. In 1977, he was named
area manager and in 1979 was appointed regional vice president
in Dallas. Mr. Prather was named senior vice president of European
operations in 1983 and was appointed to the position of executive
vice president of worldwide operations in 1985. |

John E. Martin

John E. Martin,
partner and board member, currently serves as Chairman
of Culinary Holdings, Inc., the parent company of Culinary Adventures.
Culinary Adventures owns and operates 10 upscale, casual, dining
restaurants in Orange County, California. Mr. Martin is widely
respected as an innovator and change leader for the entire food
service industry. |

As Chairman and CEO, Martin grew Taco Bell from a system of 1,500
restaurants and less than $600 million in sales in 1982 to over
25,000 locations worldwide and $5 billion in sales, today. In
1996, after more than 13 years in leading Taco Bell, Martin went
on to become Casual Diners Chairman and CEO of PepsiCo's casual
dining concepts. There he was responsible for overseeing the
sale of three dining concepts: Chevy's Mexican Restaurants, California
Pizza Kitchen and East Side Mario's. Mr. Martin left PepsiCo
at the conclusion of those transactions in 1997. |

Marna Prather currently
serves as Vice President and Marketing Director of El Paso Bar-B-Que
Company. She is responsible for Marketing, Menu Development and
Restaurant Design and Decor. Marna and her husband, Bill, purchased
the original concept from Furr's/Bishop's Cafeterias in 1994.
Prior to her involvement with El Paso Bar-B-Que, Marna worked
for the Coca Cola Company in Atlanta, Georgia, as Marketing Manager
in the Fountain Division and Burger King Corporation as a Regional
Marketing Manager in the Atlantic region. |
